Navlene is the Practice Manager at Conway House Dental Practice, bringing a wealth of experience from both the dental profession and public service. She has worked in busy London dental practices, including a high-volume 15-surgery private practice, where she gained extensive experience managing the demands of a fast-paced clinical environment while delivering exceptional patient care.
Before returning to dentistry, Navlene served as a Detective Constable with the Metropolitan Police Service, where she developed exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. While studying Criminology, she also completed placements at HMP Pentonville, gaining valuable insight into the criminal justice system and developing the ability to communicate effectively and work confidently in complex and challenging environments.
With strong leadership skills and a passion for excellence, Navlene is dedicated to ensuring Conway House Dental Practice delivers a five-star patient experience. She leads the team with professionalism and enthusiasm, fostering a welcoming, efficient, and patient-focused environment where the highest standards of customer service are consistently maintained.
