 Age brings with it many challenges. Whilst 50 is regarded as the new 40, the body and its component parts take a lot more looking after with the arrival of our fith decade.

That being said, a great smile can inspire the world to forgive and forget those other parts of us which may not quite measure up.

Having always had good teeth which were well maintained, I was horrified when twice I chipped my prized front teeth eating fruit.

Thank goodness then that the dental profession was on hand to rescue me. Within 30 minutes of sitting comfortably in a relaxing chair, my teeth were repaired to an amazing colour match, no chip in sight and polished to perfection.

Age we may not be able to control, but we can select those who help us with the battles we face to keep up our best appearance, such as a great dentist.

Since the 1970s my family and I have enjoyed the best in dentistry care at Conway House. Today it is better than ever. I would whole heartedly recommend anyone who is looking for great service, skill and genuinely pleasant, helpful and professional dental services, to visit Conway House. Even on arrival the welcome is so warm, it puts a smile on your face, before the work has been done! Ask for Harry, he is an amazing dentist. 

 I had 2 implants placed at the bottom right side of my mouth. Every stage was explained very clearly any questions answered in “layman” language. Great care and consideration was taken and I felt very well looked after at every stage of the process. Once completed I found that I forgot I had the implants placed and in fact don’t even think of them as any different from the natural teeth I lost.

 For many years I have been embarrassed by my two top front teeth. There are very few photographs of me smiling and showing my teeth, including my son’s recent wedding.

I finally plucked up the courage to come to Conway House and I am so grateful that I did, Harry was very reassuring and did not push any expensive treatments onto me. In fact he refused to do anything too invasive.

Today I woke up with a smile on my face and in the mirror, yesterday Harry changed my life.

 I came to Conway as I was referred by my regular dentist for treatment for an infected and abscessed tooth.

I found Dr Pavan Gogna friendly and always ready to take time to explain about my treatments and to discuss the options available.

In carrying out the treatment that was needed he was meticulous and gentle with a calm manner. Everyone who works there seems friendly and professional. I was also impressed by the ongoing contact during my treatment e.g phone calls to inquire on my progress and recovery and to remind me of my forthcoming appointments too.

 I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Adrian Curtis. I was so nervous before hand. But Adrian is a magician. He made me feel so relaxed; I was even laughing in the chair. The teeth came out so quickly. There was no pain whatsoever. Adrian was amazing.

 I came into the practice for a root canal on my front upper tooth as I has an accident with a spade which hit me in the face when I trod on it whilst at work, breaking my front tooth in half. I am now no longer in pain thankfully. I chose Conway House as I have heard a lot of good reports, and seen lots of feedback on this practice and how well they treat their patients.

Dr Gogna was really quite gentle and patient with me as I was nervous (this was my first root canal). I did not feel any pain or discomfort and was allowed to bring my headphones in so I could listen to music which helped me to relax. Both the dentist and the nurse were excellent throughout the whole procedure and I was so impressed by their professional attitude, the practice is really friendly.

Both receptionists are really welcoming and friendly and offer you refreshments whilst your waiting, they are always chatty as are the rest of the staff.

 Our family have been patients of Conway House for over 40 years and, naturally, have seen many changes. Our children grew up without fear of going to the dentist because they started regular visits from a young age and were made to feel at ease. From the moment you step in the door you are made welcome, the staff are very friendly and seem to remember all the things we chatted about on our last visit, it is very relaxing.

I recently had a nasty fall 6 weeks before my daughters wedding and one of my front teeth was broken! Harry reassured me that he would repair it for the ‘big day’ And he did, so well in fact, that noboby would have known that it had ever been broken, except that I told them! I was so impressed with it!

 Having been very nervous about visiting the dentist since I was young, I did everything I could to avoid going and ended up not seeing a dentist for a number of years. However, when the time came that I needed treatment, a family member recommended the Conway House Dental Practice to me and I was assured that the team there would take care of me.

Although I was very nervous that first time, I was immediately made to feel at ease by the team and the treatment I received was clearly explained to me and was pain free. The experience of that visit and how relaxed I felt about the whole experience gave me the confidence to return and I have now been a regular patient for over 5 years.

Harry and the whole team at Conway House are fantastic and very friendly and continue to make me feel relaxed about coming to see them. Whenever I have had any treatment Harry has always clearly explained what he needs to do and why and after the treatment shows me what he has done. Harry follows up with a call a day later to ensure that everything is OK and that I am happy with the treatment.

The professional approach of Conway House both during my visits and the after care Harry and the team provide are first class and I can’t thank them enough for installing the trust that makes me want to go to the dentist regularly and take good care of my smile. I’m now working more closely with Harry to help improve my smile and my confidence level through corrective treatments and I can’t wait to see the results.

 I have been a client of Harry Basra’s for the past three years and the service and aftercare is faultless. A visit to the dentist is always filled with a little trepidation and sometimes even fear but Harry and his support staff put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. Once in the dentist chair, Harry’s interpersonal skills, informal persona and friendly chatter is enough to allay any nerves yet he never forgets he is a professional and you feel in safe hands at all times.
