Monthly Payment Plans

Our aim here at Conway House Dental Practice is to provide high-quality care and treatment in a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment.

To ensure that we maintain the high standards that our patients have come to expect of us, it is increasingly important for us to assign the resources that we have available accurately and fairly to the needs of our patients.

With this in mind, we have designed comprehensive dental plans to suit your needs. This allows us to plan your dental care more effectively and to provide the best chance of keeping you dentally fit and healthy.

When you join the plan, you will have the peace of mind that convenient monthly payments will cover your dental treatment. Our plans also provide Worldwide supplementary Insurance for dental emergencies or dental injuries whilst at home or abroad.

How to Join Our Plan

We carry out an assessment to ensure that our plan will meet your needs and will advise you of the monthly amount to pay to cover all your routine dental treatment. Then joining is very simple. All you have to do is complete a registration form and a direct debit mandate. Our plans are instrumented and managed by DPAS – dental plans.

All plans benefit from Supplementary insurance cover, which provides cover for:

• Up to £10,000 worth of treatment following dental injury, temporary emergency treatment whilst away from home in the UK or abroad (up to the limits specified). The call-out fees charged by a dentist opening their surgery to treat you in an emergency (up to the limits specified).
• Hospital cash benefits if under the care of an oral/maxillofacial surgeon.
• Cash benefits are available if diagnosed with oral cancer.
• 24-hour access to a worldwide emergency helpline.

We have 4 Dental plans:

• Conway House Prevention Plan.
• Conway House Care Plan.
• Conway House Children’s Plan.

Conway House Prevention Plan – £17.61 a month.

Research shows that preventative dentistry delivered on a regular basis greatly reduces the risk of dental disease and provides a platform for a lifetime of improved oral health. Our plan is designed for patients who wish to have their routine dental examination, including X-rays and hygienist visits, covered.

What does this plan include?

• Two routine examinations per year.
• Two routine hygiene visits per year.
• Routine X-rays.
• 10% discount on treatment fees.
• Membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad.
  Worldwide supplementary insurance.

Conway House Care Plan

This plan is designed for patients who wish to attend the practice on a regular basis and have peace of mind that their routine dental treatment is covered. This plan requires an initial assessment with the dentist, who will advise you of the monthly amount to pay to cover all your routine dental treatments.

What does this plan include?

• All regular dental health examinations.
• Hygienist appointments.
• All X-rays.
• All fillings.
• Crown and bridge works (patient to pay laboratory fees only).
• Root canal treatment (except the cost of rotary endodontic files).
• Extensive preventative advice, including diet and oral hygiene advice.
• Membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad.
• Worldwide supplementary dental insurance.

What does this plan include?

• One routine examination per year.
• One routine hygiene visit per year.
• Routine X-rays.
• 15% discount on treatment fees.
• Membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad.
  Worldwide supplementary insurance.

The Conway House Children’s Prevention Plan

Our children’s plan focuses on the delivery of preventative dentistry on a regular basis, encouraging good diet and oral health habits in your child’s formative years and thereby minimising the need for fillings and extractions.

• Option 1 – £7.53 per month for ages 6-12 years.
• Option 2 – £12.40 per month for ages 12-18 years.

What does this plan include?

• All regular dental health examinations.
• All X-rays.
• All fillings.
• Root canal treatment (except for the cost of rotary endodontic files).
• Extensive preventative advice, including diet and oral hygiene advice.
• Membership card with 24-hour helpline numbers for dental emergencies at home or abroad.
• Worldwide supplementary dental insurance.
• Children under 5 years of age can be seen free of charge when attending with an adult. However, they will be exempt from the supplementary insurance.
